Maclean’s 2007 survey indicates that post secondary dropout rate of 1 in 7. ….The most important reason – they didn’t like the program they had selected.

With the multitude of options today it’s not surprising that the vast majority of young people enter post secondary education lacking enough information about themselves and the work world to make sound career and educational planning choices, relying instead on trial and error.

Insight to Action provides a comprehensive Career Assessment and Guidance process to assist young people with career and educational planning decisions.

This process incorporates:

  • In-depth review of educational, extracurricular, and part-time work experiences; and discussion of expectations, objectives, and options
  • Online assessment using scientifically validated assessments – of interests, personality preferences, and strengths
  • One-on-one coaching to process the results of assessments and exercises and discuss implications for career and educational choice
  • Guidance in researching potential options including educational programs, qualifications, job prospects, and industry trends.
