Transition Coaching to support you to achieve your career goal.

  • Development of a transition strategy and action plan
  • Support through implementation of the plan, which, depending on your situation, may consist of :
    • Work search support – resume building, interview skills, and networking
    • Assessing suitability for self employment, market strategy consultation, profile creation, referral to additional resources as appropriate
    • Strategies to sustain motivation and focus through the emotional challenges of transition
