- Guided research of potential options including information on job opportunities, salary expectations, and educational requirements to help make an informed career decision.
Transition Coaching to support you to achieve your career goal.
- Development of a transition strategy and action plan
- Support through implementation of the plan, which, depending on your situation, may consist of :
- Work search support – resume building, interview skills, and networking
- Assessing suitability for self employment, market strategy consultation, profile creation, referral to additional resources as appropriate
- Strategies to sustain motivation and focus through the emotional challenges of transition
